I’ve worked with Nieko for the past four years, and it has been nothing but a great experience. One of my favorite parts of the process is getting the assessment at the start of the offseason and then working together to build a solid plan for the next 16–20 weeks that gets me ready for the upcoming season. My name is Justin West, and I played for Louisville baseball for 4 years and just recently got drafted to the New York Yankees. Nieko has been my strength coach the last two years at Louisville, and that’s where my game took off. His programs get you stronger, more explosive, and all translate to the field. I could see the results on the field as I consistently gained velocity and confidence over the long course of the season. His programs have also helped me bounce back by doing the right recovery lifts and exercises, so I was able to pitch multiple times in a weekend. I simply wouldn’t be where I am now if it weren’t for the programs he built for me and the person he is off the field that pushes me to get better every day.
